Dear Member,

Thank you so much for becoming a Member with MysticalRoseFavours If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your membership and wish to leave then I am so sorry that you are dissatisfied and I will ensure that you will not need to pay any additional fees if you ever wish to cancel your membership with us.

The individual joining our Membership agreement through Wix or Kofi, acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed:

Article 1 - Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is entered into and made effective as soon as you sign up as a member between either of the following parties:

Article 2 - Membership Bound

By Accessing or using any of the membership services, you agree to be bound and abide by this agreement and any amendments.
Please read this agreement carefully before considering becoming a Member.

Article 3.1 - Membership Services (Wix)

The membership services provided by MysticalRoseFavours on Wix are as follows:
● Exclusive Discounts - Monthly Subscriptions for products sold on Wix Shop and Commission Requests.
● Unique Coupons - Relieve a unique coupon code that never expires! Coupon can be used on both Wix shop and Etsy Shop.
● Free Gifts - Free Wallpapers & Stickers to download.
* Access to File Share Folders to download digital artwork is only available on Wix!*
● Exclusive Content -  Member Only Blog Posts and Private Youtube Videos
* Please provide your email address to gain access to private videos on Youtube!*

Article 3.2 - Membership Services (Kofi)

The membership services provided by MysticalRoseFavours on Kofi are as follows:
● Exclusive Discounts - Monthly Subscriptions for products sold on Kofi Shop and Commission Requests.
● Unique Coupons - Relieve a unique coupon code that never expires! Coupon can be used on our Wix Shop and Etsy Shop.
*Please note that Kofi members will need to ask permission to receive a unique coupon code as they are only used for Wix Shop and Etsy Shop!*

Article 4 - Fees

Members are responsible for the payment of fees to MysticalRoseFavours each month. There are currently three categories of membership choices which come with their own reward and monthly payment system. The monthly fees range from:
● £1.00 for Rose Tip Members
● £3.00 for Rose Bud Members
● £5.00 for Rose Blossom Members

Payment will be calculated in Euro Pound form so the price range may change depending on your location and use of currency. The first fee payment is due on the day you sign up as a member and ends the day you cancel your membership without any additional cost.

Fees may be paid via the following methods:
● Visa
● Paypal
● Mastercard
● American Express
● Google Pay
● Apple Pay

Article 5 - Termination

This membership Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party. Rose Members are free to cancel their membership without the need to pay a fee whenever they request and will lose access to their subscription rewards upon cancelation, until they rejoin again as a Rose Member. However this agreement may also be terminated by us in the event that there is a breach of the terms of this agreement. You will receive a notice email to inform you that you have breached the terms of our membership policy and that you have been banned from our membership rewards.
You may try dispute this by replying to the email for us to ask for a reconsideration, but you may be rejected if you are caught violating our membership agreement.

Reasons why I would terminate your membership:
● Misuse or sharing unique coupons with members or non-members both online and in-person.
● Attempting to use or re-use member-only coupon codes when you are not a member.
​● Share, Sell, resale, cropping, or commercial use of artwork, logos, products, Private downloads or commissions related to MysticalRoseFavours.
● Share, sell, resale, crop or commercial use of restricted pages, private blogs or Private Youtube videos, related to MysticalRoseFavours.
● Attempting to subscribe or resubscribe to monthly product discounts when you are not a Rose Member.

Article 6 - Limited License

Our members acknowledge and agree that MysticalRoseFavours' name, services, and any logos, designs, text, graphics, software, content, files, materials and any other intellectual property rights, including without limitation, any copyrights, trademarks or other rights arising, are owned by MysticalRoseFavours, and their affiliates, licensors and suppliers. Members expressly agrees not to do anything inconsistent with MysticalRoseFavours ownership of all of the in intellectual property discussed. For any membership services which enable you to use any software, content, equipment, or other physical or non physical materials owned or licensed by us, we grant you a limitation, revocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, non-transferable license to access and use the specific membership services, and any related software, content, equipment or other materials FOR YOUR PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.

Article 7 - Restrictions

You are prohibited from, and expressly agree that you will not:
(i) Circumvent or disable any content protection system or digital rights management technology used with any membership services.
(ii) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce any membership services to a human-readable form.
(iii) Remove identification, copyright, or other proprietary notices in or on the membership services.
(iv) Access or use any membership services in an unlawful or unauthorised manner, or in a manner that suggests an association with our content, products, services, or brands, unless you have an executed agreement with us that allows for such activity.
(v) Use, alter, copy, modify, store, sell, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, publicly perform, display, post, transmit, create derivative works of, or exploit any membership services or any part thereof, except as expressly authorised in this agreement or as part of the membership services provided to you.
(vi) Introduce a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise tamper with, impair, or damage any membership services or connected networks, or interfere with any person's or entity's use or enjoyment of any of the membership services.
(vii) Access, monitor, or copy any element of the membership services using a robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or manual processes without our express written permission.
(viii) Sell, resale, or make commercial use of the membership services, unless you have an executed agreement with us that expressly allows such activity.

Article 8 - Third Party Services

Certain membership services may integrate, be integrated into, or be provided in connection with third-party websites, services, content, and/or materials ("Third-Party Services"). We do not control any third-party services. We additionally make no claim or representation regarding the third-party services and accept no responsibility for the quality, content, nature, or reliability of third-party services accessible from our websites, application, software or any element of the membership services. There is no implied affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by the organisation of these third-party services and we shall not be responsible for any content provided on or through these third-party services. You should read the terms of use and legal agreements that apply to these third-party services.

Article 9 - Member Consents

● Member agrees to hold MysticalRoseFavours, its owner, affiliations, and representations, harmless from any damage, whether tangible or intangible, that may happen to the member while participating in the membership services.

● Member agrees that MysticalRoseFavours offers its membership program with no guarantee of results of any kind. Member agrees that any results that occur during their membership, whether positive or negative, are the effects of the member's own personal choices.

● Member agrees and verifies that all of the information they have given MysticalRoseFavours and its representatives is accurate, up to date, and without the omission of any requested information.

● Member agrees and verifies that even if they have omitted any necessary personal information, whether knowingly or unknowingly, they will hold MysticalRoseFavours harmless against all liability for any damages that may occur to the member or others because of the member's actions or inactions.

● Member agrees to notify Mystical Rose Favours membership group of any changes or upcoming changes concerning their personal information.

Article 10 - Assumption of Risk

Member agrees and understands that their participation in the membership services may involve risks that may lead to harm if used irresponsibly. 
Members agree that these risks may result not only from their own actions but also from the actions of others. With the knowledge and understanding of theses risks, members choose of their own violation and will, to continue participating in the membership services but may request to opt out at any point if they lose interest or simply cannot keep paying monthly and are allowed to re-enter their membership when they request it, unless they are specifically banned from doing so.

Article 11 - Representation 

Member agrees that they are over the age of 18 and may legally consent to and enter into this agreement as we do request a monthly payment plan.

You are prohibited from, and expressly agree that you will not:
● NOT PROMOTE NUDITY, HOMOPHOBIA, RACISM, VIOLENCE, BULLYING OF ANY KIND, ILLEGAL UNDER-AGE ACTIVITY AND USE OF VULGAR LANGUAGE!

● NOT REQUEST THE ABOVE FEATURES TO APPEAR IN ANY OF OUR ARTWORK - INCLUDING IN YOUR COMMISSION REQUESTS!

We recommend younger individuals, under the age of 18, who wish to become Rose Members for any reason[s] - I humbly ask for you to request your parent, guardian, adult sibling or other adult family member's permission before you sign up as a Member for MysticalRoseFavours. We ask that the adult figure in question are made aware of what services being a Rose Member with MysticalRoseFavours offers.

 

All of our content is all consumer friendly to everyone and contains no sexual or violent themes. However, MysticalRoseFavours is an open community that is accepting of many communities that some guardians may not approve of. We ask you to consider the following if you wish to have younger individuals join our membership services. We ask you to research on each topic included below to see if you agree with their values before considering our membership services and shopping with MysticalRoseFavours as a whole.
