Acceptance of the Shop Policy

This Electronic Commerce (eCommerce) gift shop is operated by MysticalRoseFavours. This Shop Policy is entered into by and between you and Catherine, MysticalRoseFavours Electronic Commerce gift shop. (“Company,” “I,” or “me”) MysticalRoseFavours offers this website's products, including your returns rights, exchanging rights and cancellation rights available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of the Shop Policy stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following shop policy, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Shop Policies apply to all users of the site, whether as a guest or a registered user, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ARTICLE 1 -  PRODUCTION PARTNERS AND THEIR SERVICES TO US

MysticalRoseFavours relies on our production partners to turn our artwork into functioning products for our customers everyday use and enjoyment. MysticalRoseFavours relies on our production partners to deliver products directly to you with their tracking services to ensure your delivery is safe and secure.

 

We currently use two Production Partners for our services, including for our Membership Services. Currently our Production Partners are Zazzle Inc and TeeSpring (Spring) as the designers to our products and we order directly from them with the use of our artwork and request the order to be delivered directly to you, the customer to be delivered at the earliest convenience.

 

Zazzle Inc is our main production partner and the one you, the customer will see the products of the most often when shopping at our eCommerce gift shop. However available for purchase directly on their website, if preferred: https://www.zazzle.co.uk/store/catherinemicheller

TeeSpring (Spring) is our less used production partner, reserved for merchandise based products that are gifted to our Rose Members. However available for purchase directly on their website, if preferred: https://mystical-rose-favours.creator-spring.com/

 

ARTICLE 2 -  CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

MysticalRoseFavours requests that our customers return of their unwanted products at the earliest convenience to ensure that they receive their refund/exchange rights because we cannot promise the guarantee of service to delayed return requests as we must follow our production partner's terms and services.

 

If for, whatever reason, we cannot guarantee the approval of your return/exchange and/or refund then we humbly apologise for the inconvenience but we must follow our production partner's terms of services, including their returns/exchange services.

However, if you still wish to make a returns request with us, we implore you to:

  • REQUEST A RETURN BEFORE 21 DAYS!

 

We purchase your product directly from our production partner[s] and request they are delivered directly to you, the customer. We will need to contact our production partner[s] with the request for a return and have a limited window of opportunity before the deadline. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your return request will be valid.

 

  • KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION!

 

We do not provide delivery services such as providing our customers with new packaging or printing labels as they are the responsibility of the customer. Including the cost of the re-delivery to the warehouse. 

 

  • EXPLAIN YOUR REASON OF RETURN - INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE

Provide us with a brief explanation of why you wish to return your item. If the item is damaged in any way upon receiving the delivery, please provide photographic proof as your request may be rejected if you claim to have a damaged item upon opening the package but refuse to show evidence.

We, MysticalRoseFavours reserve the right to refuse an exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

We, MysticalRoseFavours cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without a receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

ARTICLE 4 -  YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND RIGHTS

MysticalRoseFavours requests that our customers are allowed to cancel their order requests within seven days after purchasing.

 

However, please be aware that we are a 24/7 open eCommerce gift shop that purchases your products in a timely manner to ensure your products are delivered to you at the earliest convenience. So please be aware that it is preferred that you cancel your order before the seven day deadline if possible, or we may need to cancel your cancellation request. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of clear statement.

If successful, we will refund you within ​7 to 21 days from the day on which our production partner will receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
